Our Royal Cart, which was meticulously crafted with the highest care and attention to detail, is a stunning combination of rosewood, bamboo, jute, and brass details.
An Ethereal Canopy and a Cozy Bed
A genuinely enthralling sight awaits you as soon as you get into the Royal Cart. A tasteful ethnic canopy falls softly over a cozy bed, evoking a timeless sense of coziness and leisure. In addition to demonstrating our dedication to aesthetics, the combination of organic materials and creative ornamentation honors the historical value of this kind of transportation.
A Testament to History
The Chavani Resort Lohagad Royal Carts are dynamic monuments that fascinatingly capture history in a number of ways. They take you back to a period of history when the Satvahana rulers ruled the Deccan Plateau for an incredible 2,200 years, up until the British arrived. It was the Deshmukhs, the native chieftains of Bara Maval, who laid the groundwork for “Swaraj,” as the great Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj had envisioned. Chavani Resort has decided to name our Royal Carts after five Maval sub-regions in honor of this history.
Each Royal Cart has a Unique Identity
The Chhavani heritage Royal Cart in our collection is a distinctive and one-of-a-kind depiction of the namesake sub-region. With their distinctive color schemes and décor, these carts provide a unique window into the rich cultural and historical background of the area they are named for.
Our Royal Carts are immersive excursions into history, customs, and the artistic craftsmanship of the past rather than merely lodgings. Every one of them beckons you to travel back in time, to ponder the rich legacy that shaped its design, and to get a deeper understanding of the environments, civilizations, and narratives they depict.
